Position Overview:

Flexible role: Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule: 2–4 days per week, 8-hour shifts
No weekends

Responsibilities:

Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional chairside experience
Properly sterilize and prepare dental instruments
Conduct initial oral health screenings and review medical histories
Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, etc.
Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene and home care
Provide post-treatment instructions
Take digital X-rays and/or impressions
Collaborate with the dentist on diagnosis and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation
Monitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipment

Skills:

Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Outstanding communication and patient-care skills
Friendly, patient, team-oriented personality
Excellent attention to detail
Team-player mindset and positive attitude

Qualifications:

Valid Colorado State Dental Hygiene License
Local anesthesia training (preferred)
Laser certification (preferred)
